The McHenry County Historical Society & Museum in Union, Ill. seeks a full-time Office Manager. He or she is responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs of the Society, including facilitating bill payment, ordering the necessary supplies, managing memberships and research requests and maintaining links to our stakeholders and board of directors. Salary range: $35,000 to $40,000, plus benefits. A college degree, experience working for a nonprofit or museum, and familiarity with McHenry County pluses. Must be highly organized and able to multi-task. Strong communication and data management skills required. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office. Must be willing to learn PastPerfect.
