Join us for a new pilot workshop!
AMM is partnered with Nonprofit Wizards (NPW), hosts of the popular Chief Executive Roundtables, to pilot a new two-day intensive workshop for museum leaders. Midwest Museums Leadership Intensive is an opportunity to regroup, build capacity, and meet the current moment with the help of your peers and expert guidance from a skilled facilitator.
This pilot workshop is designed for mid-level managers to chief executives from any museum type or size. Join our cross-disciplinary cohort in Minneapolis to:
- Learn about leadership and management styles
- Compare and contrast your museum’s approach to operations, revenue models, and organizational development
- Explore common threads in your challenges and opportunities related to staff, volunteerism, governance, and current events
- Evaluate ideas you have been pondering, weigh the risks, and gather feedback
- Establish your personal go-to group of peers to support you as you put learning into action or face future obstacles
