Are you interested in history? Do you enjoy doing research? Do you want to help preserve and share the history of the New London, WI region? Then the New London Public Museum/City of New London has a great position for you! We are looking for a friendly, detail oriented, person to join our small, dedicated team. The Archives Manager is a Permanent Part-Time position. The position works an average of 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule that includes some Saturday hours during the school year. The position makes an hourly wage of $14.00 with vacation, retirement contributions, and some continuing education reimbursements. Insurance benefits are not included. The Archives Manager is responsible for organizing, researching, cataloging, and properly storing the various archival collections held by the museum. The individual also works regularly with researchers, donors, staff, and others in the community. Using various means including social media, virtual, and physical exhibits; the Archives Manager helps promote and share the archival collections with the public.
